Through Energy Medicine Sessions, I guide you in releasing what’s been weighing on you in a grounded way, even if you don’t know where to start.
You also get in closer contact with the medicine that resides within you.
This sacred space is not about “fixing” you — it’s about coming home to yourself, to your Nature and to your Soul.

Here's what happens in a session
1.
Each session is unique and starts with a discussion so you can gain more clarity on the problem.
2.
Using gentle and intuitive shamanic techniques, we work with your energy field to clear what’s heavy and stuck. This might feel like an emotional release or an energy clearing. Make sure you have space to move if necessary.
3.
Once the clearing has been done, I will hold the space for you to reconnect to the medicine within you that will help you on your path.
I’m here to hold space and facilitate the session while you are also active in the process.
We will be doing the healing work together, so be ready to bring up that which is affecting you.
Sessions are done via Zoom/Google Meet.
Make sure you are undisturbed and have the sacred space for you.
Virtual sessions are equally as effective as in-person sessions. Since you we will mostly have our eyes closed, it may actually be easier for you to tune into how you feel.

Meet your guide, Aura
I am an energy medicine practitioner, I create spaces for landing, listening & returning to our Nature. I am based in Stockholm, Sweden.
Change can be challenging but it is so much easier we have the right support.
